Stuart is the founder and Managing Director of Rivoli Property Developments. He brings over 35 years of experience from a successful career in Information Technology, where he founded and ran several businesses. This background shaped a disciplined and practical approach to delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Beyond work, Stuart has been a long-time Scout volunteer. That experience built his belief in community, teamwork, and ethical responsibility, with values that now guide his approach to property. Together with his wife Jeanie, he turned a shared interest in property into Rivoli Property Developments, creating homes that enhance daily life and strengthen communities.
For Stuart, property isn’t about a one-size-fits-all process. It’s about bringing together people who can see what’s possible and know how to make it happen.
