Hi, I’m Stuart, Founder and Managing Director.

Throughout my life and career, I’ve been driven by one guiding principle — do the right thing — and it’s that principle that prompted me to found Rivoli Property Developments.

From my own lived experience, my many years volunteering in the community, and having a family of my own, I’m very aware of the situation many young people face when it comes to finding their first property. Often needing to leave home, they are unable to find affordable housing. The alternatives are limited: stay stuck at home or fall into a ‘rent trap’ that’s almost impossible to get out of.

Rivoli Property Developments is about bringing together people who understand possibility and know how to bring life to a vision that makes life better.

But for me, bringing buildings back to life is only part of our goal. We’re creating spaces that people want to call home, places that support wellbeing and help build stronger, healthier communities.

Working alongside Stuart at Rivoli Property Developments are his wife Jeanie, son Jordan and daughter Sophia.
